Artist usage

John Entwistle, bassist for The Who, is confirmed to have used the Sunn Coliseum Bass 320-Watt Bass Amp Head. This is supported by a description from Gardiner Houlgate auctions, which details that the amplifier head, along with a Sunn Model 412L speaker cabinet, was housed in a flight case stenciled with 'The Who'. The amplifier was part of the band's equipment from 1971 onwards and was used during notable performances such as Live Aid in 1985. This gear was later acquired by the Irish rock band Cactus World News in the late 1980s when The Who disposed of some of their equipment.
