The Takamine NP-25C is a vintage acoustic-electric guitar handcrafted in Nakatsugawa, Japan, between 1994 and 1999. Known for its full jumbo body with a Venetian cutaway, it features a solid cedar top, rosewood back and sides, and an active Parametric Equalizer preamp. The Japanese-made acoustic-electric guitar from Takamine's Natural Series, produced during the 1990s. Featuring a comfortable orchestra-style body with a Venetian cutaway, it delivers a warm, balanced tone that suits fingerstyle and light-to-medium strumming. Its solid cedar top provides a rich, responsive sound, while the rosewood back and sides add depth and clarity. Equipped with Takamine's acclaimed Palathetic™ pickup and onboard preamp system, the NP-25C is well regarded for its natural amplified tone and dependable performance on stage.
