Serum Is THE BEST SYNTH I've Ever owned!!!

Okay, first of all, I LOVE SERUM... the oscillators are so clean and crisp.

When you make a wavetable.. what you see is what you hear!!! its amazing!!! the fact that you have 8 LFO's to work with blows my mind, since you can modulate almost ANY KNOB that is VISIBLE. the Unison is also quite amazing since you can go up to 16 voices, which you can fine tune in the Global tab. This Is simply the cleanest and most versatile Synth IVE EVER OWNED!!!!

Amazing synth

I use this synthesiser to make probably most of my sounds at the moment and it is amazing. Pretty much its an upgraded NI Massive in my opinion, as it has a lot of the features that Massive is lacking like proper frequency modulation and being able to import custom wavetables. This synth is really easy and quick to learn and I highly recommend it!

oscarrock

Must Have Synth for EDM Production

The thing that I love the most about is Serum is that it's open and versatile. The wavetable creation tool is easy to use and gives me lots of waveform options, enabling me to create great sounding results regardless of genre or mood.

Best soft synth imo

I've been using Massive for quite a long time before discovering this soft. Xfer made one of the most readable soft synth I've used so far: You actually see very clearly how every envelope, every LFO and parameter work together (compared to Massive this is a night and day difference) The fact that you can easily draw your own oscillator (and therefore wavetable) is a huge plus if you're into sound design. For me and for many of other producers out here this soft synth is a beast!

rngga

Amazing!

Very easy to do the sound design on this one, and it have so many presets that maybe usefull for your future project.

Those Tables was so amazing! So easy to control!

ignor

did you just say SERUM?

yup, undoubtedly the best wavetable synthesizer and one of the best VST plugins out there. sounds that you can create with this really goes beyond the limits, you create a sound in your mind and bring it into reality with Serum. my personal favorite and a plugin that i use the most.

sibovg

Very clean and versatile plugin!

This puppy can almost create any sound that you can imagine. Make complex synthesizer sounds with the customizable wavetables, add cool transients and effects with the noise sampler, morph your sound with the incredible built-in effects and make your patch come to life with awesome automations. Clearly, Xfer's Serum is the markets top!

matheusbertin

Best soft synth ever.

So many features it's hard to describe. It's THE SYNTH. The most powerful software-based synth i've ever seen, it's great flexibility allows you to create all sorts of sounds, from the most basic plucks and supersaws to complex dubstep/dnb/uk bass and atmospherical pads. You'll hardly rely on other softsynths after this one.

tension

Best Wavetable Synthesizer

Serum is great i was not really into it at first when i heard about it then i found out about all its creative features like the ablity to make and/or import wavetables and newer stuff like being able to import images and turn them in to wavetables. But don't uninstall massive when you get this because serum is very heavy on the CPU and its much smarter to make more simple sounds in massive then serum

imsowy

Next level

Hands down the best subtractive/wave table synth out there! From gritty basses to super saws this thing is a absolute beast! The matrix system and how LFO, Macros, and envelopes work are brutally simple and easy to use. The preset wave tables are high quality but you can either import new ones or edit it in the BUILT IN WAVE TABLE EDITOR. This is truely the next standard in wave table synths and I doubt it'll be knocked out anytime soon

Vital is free and open source, and has a workflow very inspired by Serum. Vital even has more powerful synthesis capabilities, but its effects, while solid, do not get as crazy as Serum FX, and it is much more CPU intensive.
