Good for the price
I paid around £90 for this, as I needed an actual mixer for all the synths I got, and honestly I was expecting far worse.
Unboxing was standard - you get the unit itself, which is surprisingly lightweight and small, a power lead, and a manual with a sticker (both in a sealed package, which has been left unopened because getting to grips with this thing is really simple). The knobs are adequate, they're not easy to move by accident, and they snap to certain spots making them even harder to move. That does mean that they're easier to move if they're not in a position where they're snapped in, but that's honestly not as big of an issue as it may sound.
This for me isn't meant to be a professional desk mixer, where I can carefully set my levels accordingly to mix an entire song or project - this is more meant to mix together all of my synths into one output, it's even advertised as eurorack so it might be meant for hooking up multiple modular outputs or whatever (You can tell I don't do modular). You have a send output that you can hook up to some effect unit, which is a standard feature for mixers, but it doesn't end up being that useful here since I'm mixing together multiple multi-timbral synths. It's also mono from what I can tell, so it probably would not be very useful as a send regardless.
I would've liked to see a level indicator for each individual pair of inputs, rather than have to rely on a single display on the unit itself that displays every input's level, combined. Otherwise, it's a standard mixer. It's fairly low noise too, any noise produced might just be from my synths and I have a noise gate anyway to prevent the noise from really interfering when it shouldn't.
If you just need to mix together a bunch of sound sources and nothing else (apart from being able to set a level, pan, and a basic send), then this is a great option. If you need anything more than that, then look elsewhere, there's better options.
