Critic Reviews

Devi Ever Torn’s Peaker | The Pedal Lab

wordpress.com

The Devi Ever Torn's Peaker is a delightful fuzz pedal with a twist, leaning more towards heavy overdrive. Its simplicity with just two knobs makes it user-friendly, offering a wide range of tones from thick, full sounds to thin, fizzy grit. However, it packs a punch that could easily lead to feedback and hiss at higher volumes, so careful adjustment is needed. Ideal for those seeking a dirtier tone, this pedal stands out for its raw, dirty sound. Despite its quirks, it's a solid addition for anyone desiring a unique overdrive character.

Perfect Ripped Speaker Tone

This pedal is very versatile for a Fuzz pedal. It can go from crazy 'torn speaker' tone to a very nice chime like quality to the tone reminiscent to the theme tune to 'Better Call Saul'. Very good Fuzz box.
