Description
the FTR 37 is the flagship of D/13 boasting its Channel One American voicing with an optional boost switch, Channel Two British voicing with an eq selector knob, real tank spring reverb, half power and full power modes, all packaged in a 37 Watt ravenous beast of a head. This thing can do everything from beautiful sparkly clean tones to full on ravenous classic rock gain. Seriously, it has way more gain on tap than you would ever expect. Plus, you can jump the channels together to blend them and get the best of both worlds for American and British tones.

Artist usage
Add artist"Carlstroem uses Divided by 13 amps in all of his backlines around the world. He usually uses the FTR 37, but was using a JJN 50/100 for the arena shows on this tour."
You can see the Divided by 13 under the Kemper in this photo. He used it a lot on their 2012 tour, you can see he has a few FTR37s on stage in some grainy videos of their 2012 Dallas show.
Vallin's 2012 pedalboard was built by Tour Supply Inc's Duane Burda- he posted a photo of the board on 3/14/12 on Tour Supply Inc's facebook page and also says Vallin uses a FTR37 in this forum thread https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/sergio-vallin-pedal-board.1082703/. Most of the overdrive sounds come from the amps, the drive pedals are only used when the amp couldn't supply all the necessary gain. 1 of the channels is for the Fenders, the other is for the Gibsons. Cleans are probably for the Fenders, he's mostly a strat player. In this YouTube video at 1:09 Jakob can be seen playing what appears to be a Divided by 13 FTR 37 amp head. He is also listed as an artist on Divided by 13's website at https://dividedby13.com/artists/. He used this amp frequently throughout 2002-2003 during The Wallflowers' Red Letter Days tour.
"I’ve been using a Divided by 13 FTR 37 for about seven years now. It sounds like a very big [Fender] Deluxe, but with more bottom end. I use the clean channel exclusively and rely on my Tube Zone for the gain stuff. This amp works perfectly for the Trace gig. I can cover all the clean country stuff, as well as the heavier rock stuff. I think it balances well with Mark’s Pro Reverb. My cabinet is a late ’60s Marshall 4x12 loaded with Celestion Blackbacks. I brought out an Ark Aviator amp for a while, and it sounded awesome. I did some sound clips for them that are posted on their website. I love the way that amp records."
"Guitar/vocalist Joe King plays a Gibson Les Paul Gold Top, a Gibson ES-335, J45, L4A and a Fender Stratocaster. According to guitar tech Jonathan 'JP' Parker, his amp is a Divided By 13 FTR 37 and Fender Twin Reverb."
Tubbs' Tone Zone His other amps include a Revv Generator 120, a Friedman Dirty Shirley 40, a Suhr Bella sans reverb, a Friedman BE 100 Deluxe, a Revv G20, a Divided By 13 LDW 17/39 and FTR 37, and a Suhr Badger 30.
In the video titled "Mrs. GREEN APPLE presents『CEREMONY』," Hiroto Wakai is seen at 1:50 using a Surf Green Divided by 13 FTR 37 amplifier head with a matching cabinet. The specific model is identifiable by the size of the head, an extra full/half switch, four knobs dedicated to reverb and the tone stack, two vertical input jacks per channel, and additional knobs to the right of the jacks, indicating a second channel, which is a unique layout to the FTR 37.
