Description

Experience the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern versatility with the Epiphone ES-339 P90. This semi-hollowbody electric guitar captures the essence of Epiphone's golden era, bringing the iconic ES-style body into a more compact form. Perfect for musicians who crave the classic bell-like tones without the bulk, this guitar is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and innovative design.

At the heart of the ES-339 are its P-90 PRO "soapbar" pickups, a nod to the legendary sound of the original P-90s. These pickups offer a dynamic range of tones, from smooth and mellow to bright and biting, ideal for any style from jazz to rock. The guitar's laminated maple body with a solid center block ensures a robust sound with minimal feedback, while the mahogany SlimTaper "D" profile neck provides comfortable playability for those long jam sessions.

The 24.75" scale neck is adorned with a rosewood fingerboard featuring pearloid inlays, adding a touch of elegance to its classic appearance. With its single-ply cream binding and black pickguard bearing the distinguished "E" insignia, the ES-339 P90 is as visually striking as it is sonically impressive.

Such a Warm Sounding, Beautiful Instrument

My buddy & I went to a guitar centre one day (he was looking at some new drum gear) & I decided to have a look at the selection of hollow bodies. I found this guy & picked it up within an instant. The tone on this guitar is so warm & smooth (especially for a guitar with P-90s, I wouldn't expect it). I use this anytime I play a blink-182 song as well; it's got a similar tone to a Tom Delonge signature; but much more clear & with a wider variety of tones.

Love

Wonderful guitar with a wonderful sound. Cherry red looks beautiful and the p90's sound incredible for a guitar this affordable. Set up immaculately and is a very good size for someone like myself who comes from a background of playing primarily solidbody guitars.

I have the pelham blue version

The P90's really fit the middle between single coils and Humbuckers. it sounds so great for bluesy rock and has a great matching tone for my hand made AC30 clone
