Description
The ESP Alexi-200 is a tribute to the iconic guitarist Alexi Laiho, renowned for his electrifying performances with Children of Bodom. This signature solid body electric guitar captures the spirit of Laiho's relentless pursuit of musical innovation. Crafted with a basswood body, the Alexi-200 delivers a resonant sound that provides great sustain, making it a perfect companion for both stage and studio performances.
At the heart of the Alexi-200 is its bolt-on maple neck, designed for exceptional playability with a thin U-shaped profile that lets you glide effortlessly across its 24 extra jumbo frets. The roasted jatoba fingerboard enhances the comfort and speed, allowing you to channel your inner shredder with ease. Fantastic and well made guitar!
Being a Children Of Bodom Fan and owning one of these is a pleasure!
Although when i first got it, the floyd rose was a pain and went out of tune quite a fair bit.
once set up professionally and properly, the tuning stability and playability of it was excellent!
it has a super fast U shaped maple neck which is what i prefer with the style of music i play ( i normally don't get on with maple but i quickly fell in love with the neck on this)
Beautiful Rosewood Fingerboard, the pickup which is a ESP LH-301 p.u. is surprisingly good for a stock one and even though i prefer seymour duncans and EMG'S, it instantly grew on me!

Good Solid intermediate guitar
This guitar sounds great with and without distortion and feels quite comfortable and well. The only issue is that it is hard to play advanced techniques such as sweeping and tapping. Awesome looking, and hard to sit with. My volume control is kinda loose but I probably made it happen by accident. Stays in tune decently. I am enjoy this guitar a lot.
