In the 'Guitar World' article "Buddy Guy: A Man and His Blues' By Alan di Perna December 09, 2008 (Originally printed in Guitar World Magazine, October 2005) it is stated that "Touring in the aftermath of Sweet Tea’s release, Buddy used a Fender Cyber- Twin and Bassman Reissue, a Gibson Gold Tone and a Bogner to recreate some of the vintage bass amps heard on the album."
