Paul Rodgers is confirmed to have used a 1958 Fender Stratocaster, as detailed in an interview with Mick Ralphs on GuitarPlayer. Ralphs mentioned, "The Stratocaster was about a ’58, a horrible ice-blue. It belonged to some guy in Cleveland, a country-and-western singer. I bought the guitar because it had a lovely maple neck. As soon as I got to England I had it refinished to a light brown. I gave it to Paul Rodgers because he was into Strats and had one stolen. He ended up using it for most of the early pictures you see of Bad Company." This information affirms Rodgers' use of the guitar during his time with Bad Company.
Mick Ralphs, the guitarist known for his work with Mott the Hoople and Bad Company, is confirmed to have used a 1958 Fender Stratocaster. According to GuitarPlayer, Ralphs acquired this guitar in America from a country-and-western singer in Cleveland. He described the Stratocaster as "a horrible ice-blue" but noted its appeal due to "a lovely maple neck."
Hodges can be seen playing the guitar in this video. (https://youtu.be/RmMcNtxXZSg?t=4m52s) (4:52)
