Description

Unleash your guitar's true potential with the Hotone EQ-V, a compact yet powerful equalizer pedal designed to sculpt your sound with precision. This matchbox-sized marvel packs five frequency bands into its rugged zinc alloy housing, making it an essential tool for any musician looking to enhance their tonal palette without sacrificing pedalboard space. Whether you're seeking to scoop out mids for that modern metal tone or boost highs for a shimmering clean sound, the EQ-V has you covered.

Each band offers an impressive ±18dB of gain, allowing you to tailor your sound to perfection and even double as a boost for solos or pushing tube amps into overdrive. The pedal's true bypass ensures your tone remains pristine when disengaged, while the lighted front knob provides easy control and visibility on dimly lit stages. The thoughtful design includes a metal "roll bar" that protects knobs from accidental nudges, ensuring your settings stay intact no matter how dynamic your performance gets.

Ideal for electric guitars but versatile enough for any instrument, the Hotone EQ-V is a tone-shaping powerhouse that proves big sound can come in small packages. Whether you're a gigging professional or a studio enthusiast, this pedal is a valuable addition to your setup.

A budget EQ with the smallest footprint, without any downsides

I needed an EQ wich fits my overloaded board and I heard good things about it. I tried it and it works well for me. It helps to shape my tone to match my taste.

Preferred Settings + Usage:

I rolled off the bass and the middle, added some high and low-mid, and add more high-mid. It has the clarity, cuts through the mix but sounds really great alone too.
