Laney BCC Monolith

guitarinteractivemagazine.com

A versatile gem, the Laney Black Country Customs Monolith distortion pedal offers rich tones from classic rock to heavy British sounds. With its unique range control, it allows for impressive tonal shaping, making it a powerful tool for guitarists. However, the absence of footswitchable modes may limit live performance flexibility. Despite this minor drawback, it stands out as a beautifully crafted, competitively priced pedal that could easily replace multiple units on your board.

Phenomenal pedal with a lt of options

Seriously impressed with this one. Lots of options and easy to use. You can dial is a nice light over drive straight up to a har rock distortion. Even the packaging is awesome, it comes in a nice tine box. everuthing about it screams boutique except the price.

janosy_balazs

A really versatile distortion pedal with a lot of great tones.

I like pedals with lot of options and this distortion delivers 3 very different sounds. All of them is more than usable and with the knobs you can dial in almost whatever you want.

Preferred Settings + Usage:

I use the D1 mode (Boss DS-1 vibe) with a lot of gain and the trebble roll down quite a bit. It has an agressive bite and sweet warmth at the same time.
