Jackson JS32T Rhoads review | MusicRadar

musicradar.com

The Jackson JS32T Rhoads offers a thrilling ride for metal enthusiasts. Its pickups provide plenty of snap and definition, ideal for distorted styles. The low action setup and satin finish neck make it a delight to play, especially for those who favor speed. However, its V-shaped design can make playing while seated a challenge, requiring a classical position. Despite this, its affordability, classic tones, and sharp aesthetics make it a standout choice for rockers looking for a stage-ready guitar that also doubles as a weapon off stage.

A perfect guitar for beginners!

When you're starting out and need a good quality guitar that meets the needs of a musician the Jackson JS32 Rhoads V is a great choice that won't break the bank. I first bought mine in 2008 and whether I'm recording to performing on stage it gets the job done and quite well. Even after 10 years this guitar has stood the test of time.

Good starter guitar, even better with mods

It has about the same build quality as a Classic Vibe Squier, just meh tuners and pickups. I have Sperzel locking tuners on mine and an EMG 81/85 set and it's an amazing guitar.

zackvest

Good guitar for metal.

This was my first guitar, and it is good for metal and it has a nice low end, but also bright for lead tones, for me, personally, it has a smaller fretboard.
