Description
Transform your pedalboard with the Radial JDX Direct-Drive Analog Amp Simulator—an ingenious solution for guitarists seeking authentic amp tones without the hassle of hauling heavy gear. This powerful device doubles as a direct box, allowing you to connect directly to the PA system while simulating the rich, dynamic sound of a true guitar amplifier. Radial's proprietary JDX tone shaping delivers iconic tones modeled after a Shure SM57 positioned in front of a classic Marshall 4x12 cabinet, eliminating the need for bulky amps at gigs.
Featuring a standard 1/4" guitar input and passive thru-put for feeding a stage amp, the Direct-Drive ensures seamless integration into any setup. A buffered tuner output preserves your signal integrity, eliminating unwanted noise. With three distinct voicing options, including a vintage Marshall tube head and an early Fender Twin, this unit offers versatile tonal possibilities. The presence switch adds an extra layer of brilliance, tailoring your sound further.
Robustly built with 14-gauge steel, the Direct-Drive is designed to withstand the rigors of touring, while its compact size makes it a perfect fit for any pedalboard. Moreover, it features a 180° polarity reverse and a ground lift switch to combat hum and phase alignment issues on stage. Power it with a standard 9V supply or a pedalboard power brick. Elevate your performance with the Radial JDX Direct-Drive, where authenticity meets convenience.

Super easy to use amp sim
Very easy to use amp/cab sim, very usable sounds. Using this with pedalboard when making demos or for practice. No headphone connection, so external mixer or audio interface is required. Also usable as a di backup for real amp in live situations. Very sturdy device, very happy with this purchase!
