Quick Hit: Rock Stock Skyline Reverb Review - Premier Guitar

premierguitar.com

The Rockstock Pedals Skyline Reverb offers a charming take on spring reverb, delivering convincing tones with extended decay options. Its tone and decay controls provide a range of reverb sounds, but the drive and level controls may not meet expectations for those seeking classic tube-driven reverb responses. While it lacks the ability to fully drown the dry signal, it still captures the essence of a real spring reverb's character. Some refinements, like addressing hiss at high levels, could enhance its appeal. Overall, the Skyline Reverb is a solid choice for those seeking a simple and effective spring reverb pedal.

Rock Stock Skyline Reverb review on pedal-of-the-day.com

pedal-of-the-day.com

The Rockstock Pedals Skyline Reverb impresses with its warm, organic sound and versatile controls. It offers a unique Tone knob that preserves your guitar's original tone while adjusting the reverb signal, along with a Body knob for simulating various room sizes. The Decay control allows for personalization of reverb trails, enhancing sonic depth. With true bypass switching and hand-built quality, the Skyline is a solid addition for any guitarist seeking to add sparkle and presence. While it shines in many areas, the lack of criticism in the review leaves potential buyers questioning if there are any downsides. Overall, a promising pedal that complements Rockstock's innovative lineup.

Great Reverb Pedal! It's got a gain knob just for the trails ;)

This is not a "no-frills" simple reverb pedal.. The 4 knobs have alot more in store than simply what they are labeled as... Check youtube for review videos, I've got a feeling you just found your new reverb pedal!
