Rowin LEF-602B Overdrive Guitar Effect Pedal Replicating the classic sound of an overdriven tube amplifier. The LEF-602B features two unique sound options (Hot and Warm) that can be changed using the 2-way toggle switch. With the toggle switch down (warm) the pedal has an awesome amp-like overdrive tone, perfect for rhythm guitar, blues guitar or anything that mild amp-like gain would suit. Turning the toggle switch into "Hot" mode really starts to fire this pedal into lead guitar heaven, especially when used with the bridge pickup setting on an electric guitar.

Compact / Miniature Case Size Advances in circuitry design have made is possible for guitar effect pedals to be built in a compact enclosures that literally fit in the palm of your hand. The mini design allows more pedals to fit on your pedalboard and also helps reduce the overall weight.

True Bypass Circuitry The compact inner circuitry is designed with a 3PDT true bypass switch ensuring an unaltered tone when the pedal is not engaged. A true bypass switch has the ability perform a true bypass of the internal hardware circuit of the pedal, meaning the signal goes straight from the IN to the OUT.

Rowin Overdrive Pedal LEF-602B Review

guitarpedaldemos.com

The Rowin LEF602B Overdrive Mini is a compact powerhouse that delivers impressive versatility with its two-mode toggle switch, offering both "warm" and "hot" tones suitable for various guitar pickups. While the "hot" mode shines on bridge pickups, giving a rich, full sound, the "warm" mode provides a smooth boost ideal for blues enthusiasts. Its robust build and stylish design complement its performance, though some users might need to adjust the tone control on neck pickups for optimal clarity. Overall, a great-sounding pedal that packs a punch for its size.

Fantastic cheap overdrive

You don't normally get something of quality when paying under $50AUD for a pedal, the LEF602B is something special though, and worthy of a try.

Note that how this sounds will depend a lot on what kind of rig you are running (guitar type/pickup type/amp and cab type). It doesn't sound good in all scenarios, but I run it into my ADA GCS-3 cab sim and it sounds delicious for humbuckers and for single coils - YMMV of course, but for such a low entry point you are getting something very usable and musical and at worst you can use it as a boost pedal in a mini pedal housing.

Win-win!
