Great little Multi-Effects unit
Everything I've said about the GP-50 and GP-200 applies here. It's basically a poor man's HX Stomp (with a crazy upside). The interface is easy enough to navigate from the device, the software and apps make it easier to navigate and create patches. This thing one ups the GP-5 and 50 with a new internal engine, higher quality sounds out of the gate and the ability to load NAM files AND IR's. So you can get some legit great sounding amp captures and pair them with your own custom or curated IR's. The effects are usable and mostly good, not nearly as good as what you'd find on Line 6, Fractal or QC. It doesn't have the advanced routing options with your signal chain like a Quad Cortex or a Helix. It's much more akin to a Boss or a Pod Go in that regards, yes you can change the signal chain of effects but it's all linear. The price for what you pay for is pretty insane IMO. With a good NAM capture and a good IR (coupled with the higher bit rate on the 180's new engine) you will get amp captures that's much closer to what's on a QC, ToneX or Fractal.
