Jack plays his signature model, the Yamaha Pacifica PAC212VFMJT (Flame Maple Jack Thammarat).
His personal guitar, however, has been slightly modified from the stock models and upgraded with Seymour Duncan pickups*. This Jack Thammarat signature PAC212 was produced in a custom color (root beer) and was only available in Thailand,
(NOTE: the new PAC612VIIFM that he also plays, and is currently available outside of thailand, is available in Root Beer, and has a black pickguard, as well, and has a number of upgrades from the PAC212).
*On the "little Wing" video description, where Jack is playing this guitar, it says -
