This is my first guitar that I made. It is based off of a Double-Cutaway Telecaster. It has a mahogany body with purpleheart inlay accented by checkered strips. It has Tonerider Vintage Tele Neck Pickup and a Tonerider Rebel 90 in the bridge position, as well as a certified Bigsby B5.
What started off life as a Squier Affinity has been transfused into a beast of a guitar. I found this at a flea market for 80 bucks. I gave the body to a friend and told her I wanted it to look like "psychedelic lava." I think she succeeded. Once I got it back, I installed Chrome GFS Strat-sized Gold-Foil pickups. This thing is a fuzz-loving monster. It does Hendrix and The Black Keys really well. A force to be reckoned with for sure.
While it is a "budget" guitar, the "Classic Vibe" series is (in my opinion) one sticker away from turning from a Squier to a Fender. Terrific amount of guitar for the price.
The coolest classical guitar around. Has AMAZING bottom end to its sound. Resonates extremely well.
