A simple synth with hidden potential

For a short while, this synth was the one I mainly used. It's incredibly simple, but the music I was producing at the time was simple. And, in general, if you're using 3x Osc, you're going to be making simple sounds...unless you discover the hidden potential for some amazing glitch sounds. Using the porta feature, slide notes, and Image Line's Gross Beat, you can get some really good glitchy leads and basses out of this. However, on it's own, 3x Osc is just fine.

lilythewolf

A nice little tool

It's a very simple synth, but it's still very useful. It can't do the most complex sounds, but you probably don't always need complex sounds.

the_electric_warehouse

Great for learning Synhtesis

I use 3x Osc for everything from leads, pads, basses to kicks and even percussion! It's a lot more powerful than it looks. (If you know at least intermediate synthesis)
