Underrated pedal
First is my ‘dislike’. Size. This is the only reason I give 4/5 stars. It takes up quite a bit of board space. I rehoused mine and saved a few inches, but not much to be honest.
What I love about this pedal is the sound. It sounds like what i expect from a phaser. I’m from the Phase90 camp. Smooth and trippy. Not too choppy or notched.
It has the usual speed, depth and feedback knobs. All of which are useful. Its added bonus is the sensitivity knob and the switch to choose rather a hard or soft touch. Basically the phaser effect can be activated depending on your pick attack. And you can select a hard or soft touch. Or normal setting which is neither.
All in all this is a great phaser that is overlooked in the modular world. If you come across one for a good price, I’d snag it.
