Precision EQ
The best thing about the Digital V3 is the ability to solo a band then sweep it, but only hear the frequencies you are sweeping. Everything else is blurred, in a similar way to how you can look through a magnifying glass at something but tune out everything on the periphery, and what you see directly in front is in sharp focus. This makes it so easy to dial in the exact frequency you want to cut or boost, because you can hear it clearly, without the sonic clutter around it. The mono-maker is great for tightening up the low end to make the bass foundation rock solid. It just has so much control over the sound. It was a must-have for me.

Selena Gomez uses the Brainworx bx_digital V3 EQ, as confirmed by her engineer who stated: "All group tracks also go to a 'Parallel Mix Buss', which has the Brainworx bx_digital V3 EQ, to give it a little bit more Mid-Sides spread. Inserts 7 and 8 on the 'Parallel Mix Buss' go to a pair of hardware Chandler RS124 compressors. Both 'Mix Buss' tracks go to the 'Master 2' track, which has the iZotope Ozone 8 Vintage Limiter, just catching some peaks, to make sure the master print is not overloaded."
