Description
When your pedalboard demands flexibility and reliability, the Cioks DC8 Power Supply steps up to the stage with finesse. Designed for the discerning guitarist or bassist, this medium-sized power supply delivers exceptional performance through its 6 isolated sections with 8 regulated DC outlets. Did the impossible...
So I have a Line 6 HX Stomp, and wanted an all in one solution on a small board. The Stomp, a few drive pedals and a VP with a small power supply that can power everything.
Every HX Stomp owners knows about the terrible power wart it comes with, so it became a thing to find solutions to power the stomp on a power supply which is difficult since not all power supply has the right kind of power plug for the stomp, and if they do don't have the juice that can power it.
Enter the Cioks DC8! Powers all my pedals, powers the stomp, is small, extremely well made and durable enough to survive anything you throw at it. One of the best gear purchases I made in recent memory! Can't think of using any other power supply. Also I have zero excess noise with this power supply, they are a little pricey, but for what you get I feel it's more than worth it.

I don't know how to categorize this other than "modded Version" I owned a CS12 and it can handle almost any mid to modest sized board. It too can power a Line 6 HX Stomp with the right cables. It's just much, much larger and bulkier than the Cioks, price point is similar though and there are more outlets to power more pedals. Also a dead quiet operation pedal wise. It's just a different kind of pedal that can solve the Line 6 solution (can power an M9 easily).
