Let’s dive straight into it: the Truetone 1 Spot Pro CS7 has a great reputation, and it lives up to the hype.

In our tests, the first thing we noticed was the solid construction. This unit feels robust and well-designed, which is a hallmark of Truetone's reputation. It’s moderately priced, yet the quality is evident straight out of the box.

When it comes to features, the CS7 didn’t disappoint. With seven isolated outputs and a variety of connection options, we were able to power all our pedals, even those with quirky requirements. The inclusion of multiple cables and adapters, like the center positive adapter for our phase 90 pedal, was a nice touch. However, we did find the layout of the power outlets and DC connectors a bit cumbersome. Using straight DC cables made it a tight fit under some newer style boards.

Power-full

I don't have a crazy amount of pedals, so I never have needed more than this. The isolated power is great, it's worked awesome for me and made a huge difference in regards to hums and ground loop issues that I had previously. Not sure what else to say about it, it's a good unit and can handle years of use!
