Description
Dive into the depths of sonic exploration with the EarthQuaker Devices Afterneath Eurorack Reverb Module, a magical addition to your Eurorack setup that brings the ethereal ambiance of the Afterneath effects pedal into the modular synthesizer realm. This module is a sonic alchemist's dream, transforming simple soundwaves into sprawling, cavernous reverbs and rhythmic delays with its unique swarm of short delays approach. The Afterneath Eurorack module doesn't just replicate the pedal's beloved ambiance; it expands upon it with four CV-controllable parameters, each with an inverting attenuator for precise modulation shaping. This allows for unparalleled creative control over your soundscapes.
Whether you're crafting atmospheric backgrounds, adding texture to melodies, or diving into uncharted experimental territories, this module offers a plethora of sonic possibilities. The blend of digital and analog pathways ensures that your dry signal remains untouched, preserving the integrity of your original sound while immersing it in lush, digital reverb. With the addition of a dry kill switch and the ability to process external signals through the Reflect feedback path, the Afterneath Eurorack module is not just an effect but an instrument in its own right.

Another World in a reverb module.
I was looking for something rather more exotic to pair with classic Juno, Ax sound for ambient and after some search I have found what I needed. It’s not a traditional reverb for sure. It can go into very wild, psychedelic zones… adventure mode on… like opening a portal into a different realm. The space it generates is not natural from the model I am hearing which is great. You can tweak it quite well. The parameters have huge range imo. The additional CV and fx send/return path really open this thing up and you can start playing it like a sound source on its own with a nice Juno arp line fed into the input.
