Practice amp...
I recently bought the black version of this, as a practice amp for the price of 24£, you can't say a lot about the sound, it isn't very good. Similar products would be Marshall Ms-2, Ms-4 and Orange Crush Mini. If you want a good sounding practice amp, I would recommend something by Laney or Blackstar.
