The Fender Kiyoshiro Imawano 1963 Esquire Journeyman Relic is a highly detailed Custom Shop tribute to the iconic guitar used by Kiyoshiro Imawano. It faithfully recreates his original 1963 Esquire, including unique visual elements like the hand-painted pink pickguard and worn vintage aesthetic. Built by the Fender Custom Shop, the instrument features a Journeyman Relic finish that simulates natural aging and light wear. The guitar captures both the tone and feel of the original, with carefully replicated electronics and neck profile for authentic playability. Produced as a limited, made-to-order model, it stands as both a collector’s piece and a professional-grade instrument.
