Description

Embrace the bold spirit of pop-punk with the Fender Mark Hoppus Jazz Bass, a masterful fusion of style and sound. Designed in collaboration with blink-182's iconic bassist, this instrument is not just a bass—it's an attitude. At its heart lies a Seymour Duncan Basslines SPB-3 Quarter Pound split-coil Precision Bass pickup, uniquely positioned to deliver a distinctive sonic profile. By reversing the pickup configuration, it injects a snappy vigor into the low strings and mellows out the highs, crafting a sound that's as unique as it is powerful.

The design doesn't stop at its sound. The Jazz Bass body, crafted from ash, is both lightweight and resonant, providing exceptional playability. A sleek maple neck with a modern "C" shape, paired with a rosewood fingerboard, ensures smooth navigation across its 20 medium jumbo frets. Notably, the American series bridge plate, equipped with Standard series saddles and screws, supports a strings-thru-body setup, enhancing sustain and tonal depth.

Whether you're channeling your inner punk rocker or exploring new musical territories, the Fender Mark Hoppus Jazz Bass stands ready to deliver.

A great P-Bass

My mom got me this guitar when I was in high school to play in the Phoenix punk rock band called S.T.D. - it was played in quite a few shows, dragged all around town and went through quite a beating. Very sturdy and well made electric bass guitar with good sounds too.
