Martin Johnson had a one-of-a-kind white and gold Gibson ES-333, Tom Delonge signature, from the Gibson Custom Shop. This guitar was 1 of 3 ES-333's he played from 2008 - 2012 touring and in the studio with Boys Like Girls. The custom work took 6 months to complete and was a long term project for Martin's guitar tech Adam Gable along with the Gibson Custom Shop. They combined pieces from a 1920's Banjo including a custom inlay on the 12th fret and the custom painted headstock labelled, "The Gibson". Martin has also stated that this guitar was also used in the studio for outside projects from 2011 - 2014.
This guitar can be seen in Martin's JCPenney fashion and rockstar-themed Winter 2008 campaign and the "Heart Heart Heartbreak" music video starting at 0:03.
