Superb sound
Actually, I own a 2512E, but that is not present in the drop-down menu. The F-512 is a different ball game, over € 4000 on Thomann! I paid nearly € 500 for this - I think Chinese, but doesn't say - 12 string, and I must say that it is a truly great guitar, A full, rich sound, crystal clear treble and a warm bass and quite loud if you want it to be. I Had to make some slight adjustments to the bridge and the nut, but that wasn't a big deal. I've played 12 strings like Eastman which are more than twice the price of this Guild, but they are of equal sound and playability. The build quality is good, the finish is simple but sufficiently nice, but no frills. Which I don't need anyway. The built-in mini-amp does what you want it to do and is neatly tucked away under the top-blade, with two knobs for tone and volume, so the body has no big hole for the mini-amp, which contributes to the acoustic sound, and looks nicer too.

In this video David appears to be using the Guild F-512 12 string except for in sunburst finish.
His most notable performance in this guitar was performance of "Sad Song" on "Later...with Jools Holland" on 10th of December, 1994. Also, this guitar was seen during "Live By The Sea" performance of D'Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman and Talk Tonight. This guitar raises the question if it belonged to fellow bandmate "Bonehead", because at the same appearance he plays the same guitar.
But, unlike Gallagher, Bonehead played this one in the music video for "Whatever", as well...

"Pete Townshend has used a Guild F-512-NT 12-string guitar on most solo and Who recordings beginning with 1971’s Who’s Next. He purchased this guitar from Manny’s in New York. Prior to 1971, he had used a Harmony Sovereign H1270 12-string. He continues to use this guitar for stage performances today. (It is unknown whether Pete owns more than one of these guitars.)"

Both Noel and Bonehead played that guitar. The interesting thing is that they both played that guitar on Jools Holland 1994 performance. Bonehead played "Whatever" with it, while Noel played "Sad Song" with it. This was quite possibly his main acoustic guitar during "Definitely Maybe" era, considering it was also seen in "Whatever" music video.
