Description
The CN250 is a Concert series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1978. It was made in Japan by FujiGen. The CN250 features a carved maple top with 7-layer black and white binding on an offset double-cutaway mahogany body bolted to a laminated maple neck with a 22-fret ebonized rosewood fingerboard with binding and special vintage vine inlays up to the 12th fret with diamond position markers beyond the 12th. Components include a pair of Ibanez Super 80 humbucking pickups with gold covers mounted in white pickup rings with individual volume and tone controls and a Tri-sound switch for the neck pickup, a Tune-o-matic style Gibraltar fixed bridge and slotted tailpiece with scalloped "cloud" ornament, Smooth Tuner II machine heads and rubberized Sure Grip knobs. The output is mounted on the side of the guitar.
