Description
Ibanez designer Jeff Hasselberger confirmed that Jeff Beck designed this guitar in his sketch pad, and the design was sent to Fritz Katoh at Hoshino / Ibanez in Japan, the result of which is this guitar. Hasselberger said it was during Beck’s Les Paul days, and Jeff wanted to create a “Strat / Les Paul Bastard Child”.
Electronics - Has a 3 band parametric active EQ which can be switched in or out.
The three black controls work as a graphic equaliser - a parametric type.
There’s a switch with an LED indicator which switches the EQ on/off.
