Owner Insights

Jet Sounds Go ooooOOOO0000OOOOooooo

I use flanger to add tense dive bombing noise on top of the dramatic parts of my song and for that it is great. I recommend putting it after any distortion/fuzz/overdrive you have because the sound gets to muddy if you but it in the beginning. I have a rig that runs two sound in stereo and I have been considering getting another so I can have the sounds in both channels.

Great for the money

I use this to get an auto vocal wah type sound, les paul Marshall. Valvestate , I wanted a Mxr phase 90 to set to 9 o clock for this effect , then remembered I had this , regen 12, delay 12 , depth 10 or 11 , speed 2. It doesn't make the tone sound thin like my gcb95 crybaby

Flanger on a budget

It has a wide range of sounds, as knobs have an extremely wide range of values. Setting it with full regen, short delay time and much width will even make it oscillate! I once just unplugged the guitar cord and just played the pedal with a delay for wacky howling noises. That said, it sounds quite good with cleans, from a sublte caress to a "boiling water" bubbly sound, but never harsh. With distorted sounds it doesn't feel right, not adding really much to the sound; not before the distortion pedal, nor after. It comes for really cheap so iit could be worth buying if you like flanger.

It's ok

This flanger was gifted to me on Christmas. I was a little disappointed after using it but I like the uniqueness of the sounds it produces.

Just a Flanger

Metalic Flanger, very "filthy". Sounds good.
