Description

The Kmise Vintage Phase is a compelling addition to any guitarist's pedalboard, offering authentic, swirling phase tones that capture the essence of classic rock and psychedelic sounds. This pedal is designed to deliver a rich, dynamic phase effect that can add depth and dimension to your sound, whether you're laying down smooth rhythms or experimenting with lead lines. Its compact design ensures it won't take up much space, making it ideal for musicians on the go or those with limited pedalboard real estate.

At the heart of the Kmise Vintage Phase is its analog circuitry, which provides a warm, natural sound that digital models often struggle to replicate. This pedal is intuitively designed with a single control knob, allowing you to easily dial in your desired effect intensity. The robust metal casing ensures durability, while the true bypass feature preserves your tone when the pedal is not in use.

The Kmise Vintage Phase provides simplicity and reliability in achieving those lush, sweeping phase effects. It's perfect for musicians who appreciate the nuances of analog sound and want a pedal that can seamlessly integrate into their setup, offering classic tones with modern reliability.

Key Features:

  • Analog circuitry for warm, natural sound
  • Single control knob for easy effect adjustment
  • True bypass design to maintain signal integrity
  • Durable metal casing for long-lasting performance

time between the notes... | Review - KMise Vintage Phase pedal for guitar

timebetweenthenotes.com

The Kmise Vintage Phase pedal delivers a surprisingly solid performance for its budget-friendly price, echoing the revered MXR Phase 90 while maintaining its unique charm. With its simple one-knob design, guitarists can easily find a pleasing phasing sound, particularly reminiscent of classic tones from David Gilmour. However, be wary of potential radio interference issues, which can be a nuisance unless properly addressed. While it won't satisfy those seeking extensive control for deeper phase effects, it serves well for casual jamming and cover songs. For $21.99, this compact and sturdy pedal offers great value, making it a worthy addition to any pedalboard, especially for those on a budget.

Excellent Phase 45 type phaser, dark and smooth

Like: Subtle, no swooshing. Works before fuzz as a kind of gentle Uni-Vibe, or with a clean sound for reggae rhythm guitar. Lovely colour and strong build.

Dislike: Slight level boost, slight overdrive, plastic knob shaft (although I haven't had any problems with it).

Preferred Settings + Usage:

12 o'clock (sweep slow enough not to notice it) & 3 o'clock (fast enough to be prominent but not too much) are my 2 most frequent speed settings.
