My starting real DAW

A fantastic Digital Audio Workstation to start working with if you are flat broke like I was. The built-in VST's could use a little more work, but its overall a great softare

It's free!

Even though it's free, it provides a powerful starting platform for anyone wanting to start production. VST support is minimal, but then again, it's internal plugins are something special for a free program. Coming from someone using Ableton and FL, this really shines.

Good

Its good for electronic music, simply because you can't record live instruments. But its great I recommend it.

good for free

LMMS is a good free DAW for making beats/electronic stuff, just don't expect anything amazing in terms of audio capabilities.
