Hands down favourite cab
Both myself and everybody knows how good these cabs are. Having recently owned a Marshall 1960 AV with v30's (which was a fantastic cab and I wouldn't have sold it if I didn't have to), the tone was incredible but man this cab just brings out so much of that natural low end that just resonates so well when you're hitting those real big chords like I tend to do a lot. The resonance is real.
Admittedly, the size and weight of it as an absolute pain but I knew I'd be kicking myself if I just got a 2x12 for the convenience of it when this thing packs so much punch. This, paired with my Rockerverb MkII is a beastly combination and I don't see myself changing to anything else in the future.

Great but heavy
Cabinet from the 70s, this thing is built like a brick house and weighs about the same. Has 4x30 watt greenbacks.

I used this cabinet to record an Orange OR120 for my band's debut album

Heavy cab, heavy tone !
It's a beast to carry due to its weight but sound wise (what really matters), its FANTASTIC !!
Punchy, Orange tone
Wonderful, focused tone, not in the least bit over-boomy. Loaded with Celestion V30s
Love it....
Endorsed by Orange... Great guys who make great products...
Best cab I have ever used...

“The reason I use Orange is because Black Sabbath had Orange shi*t in their Paranoid video. Plus I remember seeing the Blood Brothers shred them when I saw them a few times and they always sounded huge. Oh, and they look cool.” Andy
At 1:41 this shot shows the same amp head model as Steve's (The lead guitarists). The size and number of knobs is evident as well as the two visible toggle switches on the amp face. Lastly the glare is obviously coming from the Orange jewel light. This amp head also clearly sits atop a Orange 4x12 which can be seen through by the amps speaker impression and where the mic is placed.
“I bought my first Orange amp in 2009 I think and immediately knew that this amp is for me. I have played everything from sludgy doom to boogie rock on my Orange amps and it sounds amazing for everything. And as a bonus, it looks great!”
Chad can be seen playing through one of these in the live video for their show at crowbar, he also has a black version on the side where Ian plays too.
Luke has a Maxon Distortion Master, a Boss EQ modded by Adrian Thorpe of Thorpy FX, and an Electro-Harmonix Canyon delay. These go into Orange amps, currently TH30s, but they have plans to go to stacks when bigger gigs are possible again.
They're both using the Axe Fx's (Ultras) live (which I assumed), and they sound sick. What interested me is that they each run their signal in stereo. One side skips cab emulation and gets tuned to their Orange cabs, and that purely acts as a stage monitor, and a backup in case something goes wrong.
"Currently I’m using a Marshall 1960A and an Orange PPC412 cabinet. The Marshall has G12T-75 speakers and the Orange has V30s, neither is actually my ideal but together the darker and more dampened Orange cab mixes well with the treble from the Marshall. It works, but I’m looking for old Marshall cabs with V60s.”
