Description

Step back in time with the Squier Classic Vibe Late '50s Jazzmaster, a nostalgic nod to one of Fender’s most legendary designs. This guitar captures the essence of the original Jazzmaster with its Fender-Designed alnico single-coil pickups, delivering a lush and authentic tone that jazz enthusiasts and rockers alike will appreciate. The slim “C”-shaped neck profile promises comfort, while the 9.5”-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets make for a silky, effortless playing experience.

A vintage-style tremolo system is at your fingertips, perfect for those expressive bends and rich vibrato. The floating bridge with barrel saddles ensures your strings are stable and your sound is pure. With 1960s-inspired headstock markings and a vintage-tint gloss neck finish, this Jazzmaster is as much a visual delight as it is a sonic powerhouse. Wrapped in a gloss polyurethane finish and detailed with nickel-plated hardware, it’s a guitar that speaks to the golden era of rock 'n' roll with every pluck and strum. Whether you’re jamming in your living room or performing on stage, the Classic Vibe Late '50s Jazzmaster is your ticket to a timeless musical journey.

Squier adds a new offset to its Classic Vibe range with the Late '50s Jazzmaster | Guitar World

guitarworld.com

Squier's Classic Vibe Late '50s Jazzmaster brings retro flair and modern functionality at an appealing price. With its solid poplar and ash construction, C-shaped maple neck, and attractive finishes, it offers a classic feel without the hefty price tag. The guitar excels in playability and sound, thanks to its Alnico single coils and vintage-style bridge. However, while it aims for authenticity, it lacks some historical accuracy that purists may desire. Overall, this model is a fantastic entry point for players looking to explore the Jazzmaster sound without breaking the bank.

The new Squier CV Late 50s Jazzmaster: A quality offset at an affordable price. - gearnews.com

gearnews.com

The Squier Classic Vibe Late '50s Jazzmaster offers a striking vintage aesthetic at a wallet-friendly price, making it an enticing choice for budget-conscious musicians. With its “Fender Designed” Alnico pickups and classic features, it captures the essence of the original Jazzmaster. However, the poplar body and thinner C-profile neck might not satisfy purists looking for the authentic feel of vintage models. While the craftsmanship is commendable for the price, the creeping costs of the Classic Vibe series raise some concerns about value. Overall, it’s a solid option for those drawn to the Jazzmaster's iconic design but may leave some players yearning for a deeper connection to the original.

Great For A Surf Rock/Indie sound!

I got this guitar earlier this year and I’ve not been able to put it down! It sounds great. Though its lack of description of what the knobs are makes it difficult for beginners. Highly recommend, unless you are a beginner!
