Description
1967 SG-2A, differs from the SG-5 previously identified by the fact it only has two pot knobs close to each other, not three. Was amongst the entry level guitars in Yamaha's range in the late 60's, the cheapest one with this particular shape.

Here in this picture, Stu can be seen playing a blue 1960s Yamaha SG-2A. Bedazzled by his girlfriend with heart stickers [confirmed in a Reddit AMA] he has been using this guitar since 2014. Tuned to C# standard between 2014 and 2017 for Mind Fuzz and Poly, then tuned to E standard at the very end of 2018 replacing the Hagstrom F12, before coming back in 2021 as the permanent E-Standard guitar with its most notable use being Omnium Gatherum and onward.
