Able to dial in a tight low-end or a growly buzz, this pedal can do thrash, stoner metal, thrash, and everything in between that needs plenty of muscle.
In a video titled "Bootsy Collins Tours His Incredible Home Studio 'The Boot Cave'," published by Reverb on YouTube, the DigiTech HardWire TL-2 Metal Distortion pedal is visible on the floor in Bootsy Collins's live room at the 18:12 mark, providing evidence of its use by the artist.
