Description

The Fender VINTERA® '60S JAZZMASTER® is a nostalgic nod to the iconic guitars of the 1960s, revamped for today's discerning musician. With its characteristic offset body, this electric guitar doesn't just command attention visually but enchants aurally with its Vintage-Style '60s single-coil pickups. These re-voiced wide-bobbin pickups are crafted to mimic the rich, vibrant tones that defined an era, offering an expansive sonic palette that can effortlessly transition across genres.

The elegant design is complemented by a mid-60s "C" profile neck, which combines a vintage 7.25" fingerboard radius with vintage-style frets, ensuring a smooth, authentic playing experience. Jeff can be seeing this Jazzmaster throughout the linked video. At first, I thought this was an American Original Jazzmaster, but the matching headstock confirms that this is likely an Olympic White Vintera 60's Jazzmaster with pau ferro board, given that it has binding, a dark fretboard, and has a matching headstock. The only immediately apparent modification is duct tape over the strap buttons, which Jeff does to a lot of his guitars as an alternative to straplocks. It has the original trem bar and does not appear to have a mastery bridge or any sort of hardware replacement.
