Superb practise amp, deceiving for its size
This amp is like a 15-watt practise amp solid state amp. Small but terrible. I've gigged using this amp but obviously mic'd in. Also small venues and house parties, this amp can compete to a 60-watt solid state amp or 40-watt digital amp. It's loud enough to gig this amp but obviously you can't get the low's that a 12-inch speaker can give you. I blew the stock speaker so I bought a Celestion Eight 15 speaker. It made this unit a lot more fuller because of the newly fitted speaker. Also Im trying to experiment and putting an output for extension speaker and Im planning to hook this to Orange PPC108 or the Vox BC108.
Although this amp already got a lineout and overdrive pedal input, I don't really use it. Im using my own effects pedal. Also this amp doesn't have any effects like reverb or delay. It has Master Volume, 3-way eq (treble, mid and bass), Gain/Overdrive and another separate volume control. Also it has a headphone input.

be careful adding a parallel speaker out, even solid state amps are sensitive to impedance. When you put 2 speakers in parallel it divides the sum of the impedances by the number of speakers (ohm's law). Solid state amps have a minimum impedance (usually 4 or 2 ohms on guitar amps). if you exceed it power goes down. But if you go below it the amp is going to fry. So if your hohner has a minimum 4 ohm load with a 4 ohm 8" and you drill a jack in and do the simplest wiring job to split in parallel you will want to disconnect the internal speaker to protect the amp because anything else in arallel will be operating the amp in the sub-4 ohm danger zone. Also, you will want to stick to matched impedance cab because if you were to run a 15 watt solid state amp rated for 4 ohms into an 8 ohm cabinet you will only get 7.5 watts RMS. And it goes down from there. Winding out the amp will produce harsh solid state distortion full of high order hamronics but it will hard clip and won't get any louder. its not a gradual saturation with a gradual reduction in output as saturation sets in.

@jimmarch1 cheers for the info. I haven't connected any extension cab yet. And, I was really planning recently to buy orange ppc108 or the vox bc108 as an extension cab for this hohner. To be honest, I don't know anything about speakers, albeit parallel vs series as well as ohms and wattage. I bought this TEGA-10 second hand and the speaker that came with it, dont have any label whatsoever. So, I just assumed about the ohms and watt as long as the size fits. I bought this Celestion Eight 15 and soldered it. But now, Im doing a research about this TEGA-10 amp and found out that the speaker should've been 4 ohm at 20W. Anyways, thanks for the info. I should really research more or consult opinions from experts. Cheers!
