Built very well, but the reverb is very poor imo
TLDR in a shootout between this, the Fishman AFX mini reverb, the reverb on my Fishman Loudbox mini combo, and the TC electronics arena reverb - The Loudbox won.
I ordered this because it was considered more transparent on your tone than the Fishman AFX acoustiverb. It is. But the Fishman has better reverbs, at the expensive of a small slice of tone. The Align's reverb sounds thin, it moves weird, like in a haphazard way instead of even swells. It's cloudy sounding. It's very digital sounding. It does have a lot of decay and controls, it is built very well, but the overall reverb sound itself is just uninspiring. I wanted natural, full, rich etc.
I ended up going with the reverb on my combo for an always-on tone, and the fishman afx for the more atmospheric sounds. This was a disappointment, especially since I paid just over $120 for this, and just under $100 for the AFX.

The fishman is not as expensive. it will slightly lessen your tone. But the reverbs are way better than the 1 uninspiring reverb on the baggs. Imo, the fishman is the better choice. The fishman has at least 2 good settings (hall and plate) but the align only has 1 type (spring) and i really dont like it. Read my review for more deets.
