Critic Reviews

Maestro Agena, Arcas, Mariner and Orbit review | Guitar World

guitarworld.com

Maestro's Orbit Phaser Pedal brings vintage vibes with a modern twist, offering versatile six-stage and four-stage phasing sounds that cater to both subtle and pronounced effects. The build is robust, and top-mounted jacks ensure pedalboard friendliness. However, it’s on the larger side, which might not suit every setup. While it excels in warmth and character, some players may find it slightly lacking in high-end clarity. Ultimately, the Orbit is a worthy addition for musicians seeking rich, textured sounds that harken back to classic phaser tones.

Maestro Agena Envelope Filter, Arcas Compressor Sustainer, Mariner Tremolo, Orbit Phaser and Titan Boost Reviews | GuitarPlayer

guitarplayer.com

With the Maestro Orbit Phaser, guitarists are treated to a lush and versatile phasing experience, featuring both 4- and 6-stage operation modes that deliver classic and smooth textures. The pedal excels in creating rich, chewy sounds, making it a solid choice for those who appreciate vintage aesthetics. While the controls are straightforward, some players may find themselves wishing for a wider range of tonal options. However, the overall design and functionality make it a reliable addition to any pedalboard, especially for fans of swirly effects.
