Description
The PRS NF 53 Electric Guitar - White Doghair is the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern innovation. Drawing inspiration from Paul Reed Smith's classic 1953 guitar, this model manages to merge old-school aesthetics with contemporary design features. Its body is carved from a single slab of resonant swamp ash, making for a robust and tonally versatile instrument.
The PRS NF 53 boasts a comfortable Pattern 53-shaped neck made from maple, paired with a maple fingerboard. It features a 10-inch radius, 22 frets, and a comfortable 25.5-inch scale length, promising smooth playability for a wide range of styles.
One of the distinguishing features of this guitar is its unique PRS Narrowfield DD pickups. These pickups have been carefully voiced to deliver the best characteristics of various classic pickups, including humbuckers, P-90s, traditional single-coils, and mini humbuckers. They are constructed with taller bobbins, allowing for more winds and extra metal pieces between the magnets, which result in a more focused and powerful tone.
Key Features: - Swamp ash body with a modern cutaway design - Bolt-on maple neck with Pattern 53 shape - Maple fingerboard with classic Birds inlays - 10-inch-radius, 22-fret fingerboard for enhanced playability - PRS Narrowfield DD pickups for a wide range of tones - Volume and tone controls with a 3-way blade switch - Plate-style bridge and vintage-style tuners for reliable tuning stability - 25.5-inch scale length - Unique White Doghair finish - Classic single-cut design with modern comfort features
