Description
When it comes to bridging the gap between your guitar and amplifier over long distances, the Radial Engineering SGI TX/RX Studio Guitar Interface stands as a reliable solution. Designed for both studio and stage environments, this ingenious 'send & receive' system lets you run your guitar signal up to 300 feet away without any loss of quality. The SGI system consists of two robust modules: the SGI TX transmitter and the SGI RX receiver, connected via standard XLR cables.
The SGI TX is equipped with 100% discreet Class A active circuitry, mirroring the high-fidelity design of Radial's renowned JD7 Injector. This ensures your guitar's natural tone remains unharmed by eliminating zero-cross distortion, while the unique Drag Control load correction circuit reintroduces the authentic interaction between guitar and amp. This is perfect for guitarists who double as engineers, allowing them to stay in the control room and listen to their sound in real-time over studio monitors.
The receiver, SGI RX, is passive and doesn't require power, further eliminating hassles during setup. With transformer isolation in both modules, buzz and hum from ground loops are effectively eliminated. Encased in a 14-gauge steel chassis with Radial’s I-Beam construction, the SGI is built to withstand the rigors of live performances and studio sessions alike, ensuring years of dependable use.
