It's a Taylor, and it's mine!

I'm primarily a bassist, but I enjoy my six-strings, which I mainly play solo at home.

This Taylor was a personal treat after I survived some heavy-duty surgery. I play it unplugged and through an Acoustic amp. It sounds great both ways. I'm not someone who plays lead, so I didn't want the cutaway version.

Let's face it. There's always a higher grade instrument out there, just out of reach for budget reasons. Even though it's on the lower end of the Taylor price spectrum and is no longer available, my satisfaction level with this one is off-off-the-charts high. What matters to me is personal satisfaction, and I get it in spades with this guitar.

Awesome for the price

Although not U.S- made, it certainly plays like a wonder. It has such a rich bass, clear treble, and defined mids that you would not be able to tell that the guitar was not made in the US

A great guitar for the money

I went looking for a new acoustic that would be a significant upgrade on my old Dean. This is certainly that. The sound is so much richer. Okay, so it's not US made, but the finish is immaculate. It gets admiring looks everywhere. The pickup system works great too.
