This pedal allows you to boost the guitar signal without altering the guitar’s character by providing a transparent volume boost. It can be used before the drive to boost the drive, or after the drive to increase the overall volume toward the end of the setup. For guitars with passive pickups, it can be used at the very beginning of the setup to give the guitar an active pickup character, or it can be used to drive tube amps.
