Carl Martin PlexiRanger Review - Premier Guitar

premierguitar.com

The Carl Martin Plexi Ranger blends Marshall-inspired overdrive with a powerful treble booster in a compact pedal. It's praised for its versatile tones, especially for smooth rhythm-to-lead transitions and rich, creamy overdrive. However, players should be cautious as it can skew bright, requiring some fine-tuning of its controls to avoid harshness. While it may take practice to master the boost circuit, the expansive tonal range it offers is worth the effort, making it a compelling addition for those seeking to elevate their sound.

Perfect Plexi Pedal

It’s super clean.. in all its raunchyness. Absolute killer-tones. The first 10 seconds I used this pedal, it became clear to me I would (will) never have to buy a(n expensive) plexi amp. This pedal is all you need.
