Description

The Coda Effects Black Hole is a version of the almighty Sunn Model T preamp. The Sunn Model T is a 150W amp from the sixties, known for its monstruous tone: lots of bass, heavy distortion.

It is used a lot in the doom / stoner scene. There is even a band named after it, the almighty Sunn o))) band. Put a Rat before this and be ready to spit antimatter doom riffs!

The Black Hole is made with the best components available (Wima and Panasonic capacitors, Fairfield semiconductors, Amphenol jacks...). I make them in Paris, France with great care and patience.

Ultimate

I started by using it as a distortion pedal only, works very well, sounds like a fuzz but with a lot of bass freq, and a little lack of sustain . Then I've dicided to use it as an Equalizer/ Preamp , also like a boost, it add a little crunchy to my clean, and more deepness to the distortions . She's pluged between a Hoof and a Warden, honestly i can't expect any better .
