Channel 3....what else!
The channel that this amp is famous for is responsible for 70% of The Prophecy's distorted tones since 'Into the Light' - often blended with a more aggressive and less refined amplifier in the studio. The VH4 provides the champagne smooth saturation to Greg's Engl Savage or Laboga Mr. Hector throaty dirt when layering multiple layers or distortion or recording with dual amplifiers from a single D.I/live guitar.

Johnny Depp uses the Diezel VH4 100W Tube Guitar Head Amp during a concert with Marilyn Manson, as shown in a user-uploaded photo.
According to Guitar Geek, James uses a Diezel VH4 amp head. This amplifier is also mentioned in the 2020 Premier Guitar interview.
In 0:20 he explains he uses this Diezel amp, although he does not say the model name, obviously its a VH4.

That was a recorded on my Charvel [Frenchie, not currently offered as a production model]. The amps were a Diezel V4 [VH4] and Soldano SLO 100-watt. We plugged them both in and sort of split the frequency spectrum up: the lows of the Diezel combined with the highs and upper midrange of the Soldano, so you have a really nice slash across the spectrum. I used that [setup] on every song except the rhythm guitar track on “As Good As It Gets.” That was the Diezel only through a Diezel cab. [The Soldano also was run through Diezel 4×12. If the cabs were stock – Warren wasn’t sure – they contained Celestion Vintage 30s.]
